Stay active with Myzone
Enjoy £70 off Myzone belts with Edinburgh Leisure
We’re proud to be offering £70 off RRP on Myzone belts. Rack up points and stay active from home, then you’ll be ready to use your belt in one of our venues when we reopen. Myzone straps are worn across the chest and helps to track every ounce of effort through heart rate. The data is then used in a simple points system, called MEPS (Myzone Effort Points) so users can track their workouts and feel a sense of satisfaction and achievement. Use the code EBLUK000-70 when registering your belt.
Stretch off with our desk mobility exercises
If you're working from home, you might find certain muscles and areas of your body getting tight. It's important to stay on top of these things and stretch off whenever possible. To help you do so, we've compiled a PDF featuring easy stretches which you can do from your desk. Give these a go next time you take a short break and let us know how you get on!
Our fantastic team of gym instructors might not be able to help you in person, but we're happy to be able to share these exercise videos which you can do from home. Don't have any equipment? Improvise with tins, pans and other small items from around the house!
