Let yourself go at EICA: Ratho. Take a ride on the Vertical Drop Slide!
How long can you hold on? This is a ‘challenge of choice’ and you choose when to let go. For the height of excitement, release at the top of our 9 metre slide and accelerate through 3 metres of free fall, experiencing the force of gravity before touch down and sliding at speed to a soft landing.
This is a solo challenge. You will be kitted out in a skydive suit (to control the amount of friction) and a helmet. Hold on to the handlebar as you are pulled up the face of the slide using a winch controlled by our leisure attendant.
Supplement of £2.50 per ride which includes protective clothing and supervision.
Please note, mimimum height of anyone doing the Vertical Drop is 1.2 metres.
