NEW - Family Fun Swim Sessions
How to Book / Drop In
You can book a 55 minute Family Fun open water (no pods) session in the usual ways on our mobile app for Android or iOS or online booking system.
You can book for up to 4 adults, 4 children over 5 years and 4 children under 5 years.
If you have a membership/card with us (and therefore a booking account), here is a guide on how to book into a Family Fun Session from our app.
If you don’t have a booking account with us, you can set up a Pay As You Go booking account. Here is a guide on how to set this up.
Although restrictions have relaxed, we still maintain a maximum number in our pool sessions to ensure customers have the best and safest swim experience possible. Booking will guarantee your space and allow you to register your visit quickly at our gates or entrance tablets.
You can drop-in to our Family Fun Sessions without booking, but these are popular and you risk not getting in if the session is full. We therefore strongly recommend that you book ahead to guarantee your space.
If you want to drop-in:
- if you have a membership/card/booking account with us, go to the kiosks in your venue and follow the instructions (including payment if swimming is not included in your membership). You will get a ticket to enter through the gates to gain entry. If there is no kiosk in the venue, speak to a member of staff at reception.
- if you don’t have a membership/card/booking account with us you will need to speak to a member of staff who will take your payment and help you set up your account for future.

Family Swim adult-to-child ratio
Under 5 - One adult to one child without armbands or one adult to two children wearing armbands
5 to 8 years old - One adult to two children with or without armbands
Mixed ages - One adult to one under 5 and one 5 to 8 years old if the under 5 is wearing armbands
