Booking by the app or online is the only way to book and pay. You can also do this when the courses are closed.
I've tried to log in online to book but I can't. What do I do?
You need to log in using the email that we have on record for you. First step is to go to one of the golf courses web page and fill in the form on this page asking for your email. We will check your email against our records and send you an email when we have updated it, or we’ll get in touch if this isn’t the issue. We are expecting a high level of queries and apologise if there is any delay in replying.
How do I get/reset my password for online booking?
If you click here, you will get to the first page of our booking system where you can set/reset your password.
The app/online booking system looks different
We have updated this to allow you to also book in other golfers who do not have an account with us. If your playing partner does have an account with us, they must make their own booking themselves. We have adjusted the system to allow multiple tee times to be booked so you may also find another golfer has booked into the same time as you.
I've got questions about my direct debit
I’m a golf Direct Debit member, what is happening to my direct debit when you reopen?
Direct Debits were frozen and we collected no money from you after we closed our courses on 19th March (unless you opted to continue to pay us). At this time we said we would credit your first payment on reopening for the days in March you couldn’t play. Therefore, on 18th June we’ll be taking a 50% first payment on 18th June to account for days when you couldn’t play i.e 20th – 31st March and 1st – 3rd June. We will start collecting your regular monthly DD again on 1st July.
I have a discount card, what is happening to it when you reopen?
All customers with a Discount Card will have their expiry dates extended for the number of days we have been closed. This will take effect once the majority of our venues have reopened. Customers with a discount card will still be able to book any activity that is open and receive their discount.
How can I buy a membership/discount card?
You can buy a golf membership or discount card on our website. Go to the web page for your preferred course using the drop-down list below and you’ll be able to sign up there and receive our member benefits.
I have a golf annual season ticket, what is happening to my annual ticket now you have reopened?
All customers with a Season Ticket will have their expiry dates extended for the number of days we were closed. This will take effect from the start of July.
If I have another membership – can I buy a golf bolt-on?
Unfortunately we are not able to sell this at the moment. Your membership also acts as a discount card meaning you can still book and pay and get up to 20% off.
Who can play a game of golf together (updated 10/07/20)?
With immediate effect, the restriction of three households when booking and playing golf has been removed. This means that each tee time may be booked for up to four people, from up to four different households.
What have you done to keep your employees and customers safe?
We all have a common responsibility to keep ourselves and each other safe using our knowledge and common sense whilst on the course. We have also introduced some new golf guidelines which you can see on our website. We have done the following:
You will find a new one-way system in place at all of our course clubhouses please follow the directional signage – it’s there to ensure you safety
- Installed signage and distancing measures around our car parks, starters offices and golf courses, and Perspex barriers at the starters desks.
- Minimised the transactions that our starters have to do by having booking and payment online or by the app.
- Increased the length of time between tee times, restricted numbers to two players only and developed additional rules for play.
- We only allow one person at a time into the starters office area.
- Our toilets are now open and available for customer use.
- There will be no hire of equipment or sale of any retail products at our golf courses.
- Hand sanitisers are provided for customer and employee use
- Shift patterns have been changed to help with distancing Additional cleaning and sanitising will be carried out
- No shared equipment such as bunker rakes will be left on the course.
How do I get items I have left in my locker?
Speak to the starter when you are checking in for your next round and they will make sure you get your belongings back. Our lockers and changing rooms will remain closed at the moment.

Have your courses opening hours changed?
We are operating normal opening hours across our 18-hole courses and you can find these on your preferred course’s page on our website, however our 9-hole courses will be operating at reduced opening hours, opening from 09:30 to 17:45. 18-hole sites will close at 7.30 to give staff time to thoroughly clean and disinfect.
