Skills and Drills
A swim class designed to improve your technique, make you a stronger swimmer and introduce you to key aquatic drills.
If you can swim a minimum of 3 strokes and comfortably swim 1000 metres in an hour, but need to build on your stamina, then this is the class for you.
A 30-minute swim class designed to make you a stronger, fitter and faster swimmer. Powerswim caters for a wide range of swimming abilities from casual fitness to a competitive swimmer.
Ideal if you can swim a minimum of three strokes with controlled aquatic breathing and comfortably swim approximately 2000 metres in an hour.
An adult coached class where you will increase fitness and improve your technique under the guidance of an expert.
Masters is suitable if you can swim a minimum of three strokes with controlled aquatic breathing and comfortably swim approximately 2000 metres in an hour.
Skills and Drills, Powerswim and Masters classes are included in our Full Fitness, Classes Only and Swim Only memberships. You can book these classes online, on the App, in person and by telephone. These dedicated lane sessions offer a minimum of four lanes! You can choose between slow, medium and fast lanes making them suitable for all fitness levels and swimming abilities. Check out our Lane Fit page for more.
