Preschool Multi Sport Activity Coaching and Classes
There is no better introduction to the benefits of activity than giving anything and everything a try with multi sports classes.
Our classes enhance physical education and spatial awareness, letting children enjoy exercise from an early age.
Our Multi-Sport activities are available for children from 18 months to 5 years old and provide and fun and social introduction to sport and fitness.
Our Classes:
Jump into Sport Multi-Sports class
The Jump into Sport program is a multi-sports class that develops physical literacy and spatial awareness, delivering multi-activity sport sessions specifically designed for children from 3-5 years old.
Each session is 45 minutes and allows children the opportunity to try of a wide range of sports including; athletics, tennis, gymnastics, football and lots more!
These early years activities help children to develop, balance, coordination, agility and speed, increase self-confidence, enjoy exercise from an early age, develop social skills and meet other children.
Parent/carer participation is encouraged where necessary.
ASN Active Play
Our ASN Active Play sessions are for children aged 5-12 with additional support needs.
These unstructured sessions give children the chance to explore different sports and sports equipment at their own pace, while developing balance, co-ordination, and agility, increasing their self-confidence, developing social skills and most importantly, having fun!
Ages: P1-P3 and P4-P7
Session Length: 45 minutes
FAQs
What to wear?
Children should wear appropriate comfortable clothing that they can move around and be active in, for example T-shirts and shorts. Please tie long hair back and remove any jewellery, and children should take a water bottle into their class with them.
When can children start this class?
Active Start classes are specifically designed for children from 18 months to 5 years old.
